ITINERARY
You will visit the highlands of Santa Cruz, which is the most visited area in the Galapagos. This area concentrates vast extensions of Escalesia, Miconia forests, and Giant Tortoises. This is a great place to observe these iconic animals in their natural habitat and Lava Tunnels. After lunch, you will visit the Charles Darwin Research Station where you will have the opportunity to learn about Galapagos conservation in action. Over 200 scientists and volunteers are involved with research and conservation efforts here.
