3-Day Cotopaxi, Quilotoa & Baños Itinerary
You will enjoy the gorgeous natural scenery of the volcano. You will visit the Limpiopungo Lagoon. Take a short hike in the surroundings of Limpiopungo Valley before driving ever higher into this sky-high region, stopping at the 15,800-foot (4830-meter) Padre Rivas Refuge. Depending on your physical condition, you will get the Glacier (5050-meter)

Go through the Avenue of the Volcanoes and pass through the Pujilí small town. You will also visit an indigenous local house from the “Paramos” to learn about their traditions and way of life. Enter their home, made of straw, and enjoy time interacting with them. After your visit, head to the town of Tigua, famous for its naive paintings.
Continue up to the Quilotoa volcano, where you can descend to the lake located inside the crater or walk around. You may enjoy an unforgettable experience by muleback riding or kayaking in the lake (not included). Get lunch and enjoy one of the most beautiful landscapes in the highlands and continue our trip to Baños

A day of exploration of the town of Baños and the picturesque Valley of the waterfalls. The Pailon del Diablo is the largest and most spectacular Ecuador´s falls but other smaller ones are also impressive. Also, visit Manto de la Novia waterfalls and the Tree House. There is also an opportunity to practice extreme sports where our guide and driver are at your disposal for the whole day to give you the maximum flexibility in the visits you would like to make such as a canopy or rappel in the waterfalls.

- Important things to bring: sun hat, hiking shorts or light full-length hiking pants, sandals, windbreaker jacket, sunglasses, shorts, dress or skirt, bathing suit, thin and breathable socks, and hiking shoes. Small backpack, water bottle, ziplock, dry bag, waterproof see-through phone pouch, waterproof sunblock, binoculars, camera, device chargers, sunglasses, and your passport.
