Welcome to Lima by our staff and transfer to the hotel to be accommodated. Overnight in Lima.

Explore the city of Lima, to have an overview of the most important attractions of the city of Lima. The route includes the Pre-Inca site in Miraflores and the Historic Center including the colonial convent, climbing its tower, and enjoying the Changing of the Guard (subject to the programming of the Government Palace). On the way to the Historic Center, we will see the Huaca Pucllana Archaeological Complex (not entered) and we can visit the Bodega & Quadra Museum, finally, we will visit the Convent of Santo Domingo.

Flight to Cusco. Welcome to Cusco. In the afternoon (12:40 -18:00 hrs approx.) The city tour includes the Cathedral, the Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun), currently Convent of Santo Domingo. Then, the tour will include a visit 04 archaeological sites: the ceremonial fortress of Sacsayhuaman, the religious center dedicated to the worship of the Earth of Q’enqo, Puka Pukara which was used as a center of military use, and control, and Tambomachay which was used as a center of worship and water worship.

Visit to the town of Pisac. It is known for its handicraft market and Inca archaeological sites where you can see an irrigation system, an astronomical observatory, the sundial or Intiwatana, and andenería. Local lunch included. After lunch, we visit the ruins of Ollantaytambo. Built during the Inca period as a fortified area that included a temple, terraces, and an urban sector. Two sectors can be distinguished, one linked to worship and religion; and the second set dedicated to housing.

Machu Picchu is one of the most expressions of Inca architecture the cultural and Natural Heritage of Humanity. In addition to offering a spectacular landscape, it shows an important endemic biological diversity of flora and fauna.

Visit the Basilica Church, where we will make a brief stop to visit it. After walking through the colonial streets, we will then stop at the Independence Plaza to admire the Cathedraland the Government’s Palace. We will also visit the Company Church, The Sagrario´s Church, and San Francisco´s Church, you will also have the chance to taste Ecuadorian chocolate. After visiting the historical sights, we will go to Teleferico. From a point of more than 13,000 feet (4000 m), you will enjoy magnificent views of the city. After lunch, you will head to the Middle of the World monument, where you can stand right in the middle of the equatorial line and straddle the two hemispheres. You will also enjoy the amazing landscape inPululahua inhabited crater just 5 minutes from the Equatorial line.

Upon your arrival to the airport in Baltra Island, you will be transferred to the dock to get onboard Galapagos Legend Cruise Ship. After settling in the yacht and lunch, you will head to Mosquera Islet, a low-lying islet, with a coral sand beach, where a great colony of sea lions resides. It is also a good place to spot herons, lava gulls and boobies. You can snorkel or dive to see sharks, rays and barracudas. End of the day and dinner onboard.

Early in the morning, the cruise will take you to Egas Port, at Santiago Island, known for its volcanic shoreline, where a colony of endemic Galapagos fur seals reside. You can also take an optional visit to an abandoned salt mine, which used to work back in the forties. After this activity you will visit Rabida Island, distinctive for its red sand beach, due to the volcanic material that formed it; this place is also home to sea lions, endemic Galapagos doves and vermillion flycatchers. You can snorkel at the beach and take a hike to the Palo Santo Forest to view the entire bay from this spot.

After an early breakfast, you will disembark at Urbina Bay, on the western side of Isabela Island, a recent example of Galapagos volcanic upliftwhere you can see species like Galapagos Land Iguanas and Galapagos giant tortoises during the wet season. In the afternoon you will visit Tagus Cove, which used to be a hideout and deep water anchorage for pirates in past centuries. After a brief hike you will arrive to Darwin Lake, a stunning volcanic landscape, from where you can take amazing pictures. You can also snorkel along sea turtles, and sea lions.

After breakfast, you will head to Espinosa Point at Fernandina Island, the youngest one of the archipelago, this is home of the biggest colony of marine iguanas on the entire Archipelago and is also an ideal place for snorkeling and spot Galapagos penguins while doing this activity. During the afternoon you will visit Vicente Roca Point, a spectacular visitor site, surrounded by immense cliffs, product of an eroded volcano, this is also home of various species of boobies and is only accessible by dinghy. This is also a nice place for deep water snorkeling.

Early morning of the last day, you will land at Santa Cruz Island, and take a bus ride to Santa Cruz Highlands, to visit a private reserve and see giant Galapagos Tortoises in their natural habitat. After this activity, you will be transferred to the airport to take your flight back to the mainland. Connection with your international flight.

  • Prices for 2025 are subject to change.
    Please consider that you must arrive in Lima and depart from Quito / Guayaquil.
  • Important things to bring: Sun hat, hiking shorts or light full-length hiking pants, water shoes with non-slippery soles, sandals, windbreaker jacket, sunglasses, shorts, dress or skirt, bathing suit, thin and breathable socks, and hiking shoes. Small backpack, water bottle, ziplock, dry bag, waterproof see-through phone pouch, waterproof sunblock, binoculars, camera, device chargers, towel, sunglasses, and your passport.
  • Inform yourself about food safety when traveling to tropical countries. Take the necessary precautions to avoid food poisoning (always wash your hands before eating, don’t eat street food, eat only peeled fruits, etc.)
